Hey folks,
Hope your summer is going well (or winter, if you’re in the Southern Hemisphere). For those of you in the US like me, I hope you had a wonderful 4th of July! After a sweltering heat wave, things cooled down quite a bit just in time for the holiday, and I enjoyed some delicious backyard burgers with friends. Hope all of you have been able to do the same, whether it was for the holiday, or just because!
And while we were enjoying the holiday, I got some great news! I’ve heard back from my editor, and we’re moving right along. We are expecting the cover later this week, and a final pass of the edits later this month. That makes it likely we’ll be moving into final approval in August, which, based on past experience, means that the release will be somewhere in late September to early October. That’s still subject to change, obviously, but with word back from Vulpine, it seems likely Book II will finally be in your hands just in time for fall! Personally, I can’t wait!
I’ll let you know more details as we get closer obviously, but in the meantime, I hope all of you enjoy a safe and fun summer, and perhaps have time to curl up in a chair, hammock, or just under a tree with a good book. Look forward to more adventures in the fall, and happy reading!
