Hey folks,
Hope that this past months’ cold snap has not been too harsh for you, and that you and your loved ones have been able to stay warm, wherever you may be! There’s been a lot of snow and ice, but I expect we will all experience better weather soon.
Word of warning: Terrible, cold-hearted puns ahead.
This month has been a busy one, with an avalanche of work related to both writing and everything else, but I’m happy to report that I’m plowing through pages at a good clip so far. And despite the buildup, I’m making sure I don’t shovel everything to the side, for as eager as I am to get this novel out the door, I don’t want to just skate through this second round of edits and onto thin ice with all of you. In the end, snow one knows better than you, dear readers, and I don’t want toboggan you down with an imperfect book!
OK, that’s it. I’m done. Feel free to complain on twitter or your social media of choice to your family, friends, and followers. But in the meantime, I sincerely hope that this month is a great one for all of you. And of course, happy reading!
